2016 was the year that McLachlan’s were honoured to start Jayden off with his career in Real Estate that has given him an opportunity to follow his passion for people, property and all things real estate.
Commencing firstly as a trainee to learn all the aspects of Real Estate Agency it was quite apparent to the partners of the business that Jayden’s personable nature, enthusiasm, ability to relate and genuinely help people was a strength that helped Jayden quickly progress through to a Sales Associate role.
Jayden being a local is an active player and member of Shelly Beach & Toukley golf club. Jayden has had an opportunity to work with many sporting teams and organisations on an active and coaching level has been a foundation for him being able to work as a true team player understanding the importance of working together to create the best outcome for his clients. A passion for achieving this ultimate goal or best result for his clients perhaps reflects his love of sport along with his organically competitive and spirited nature.
Attending Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College in his later years has given Jayden a great knowledge of our local area, this along with a fantastic core group of friends, family and already repeat customers that confidently and proudly recommend or refer business to Jayden knowing that his enthusiasm, passion along with his competitive drive will always see a great outcome.
With youth on his side Jayden brings a welcomed fresh, vibrant and passionate alternative to the local real estate market whilst being backed by The Central Coast’s longest serving and most experienced agency.
