Central Coast’s longest serving Real Estate office seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator/Office Administrator to assist our team.
McLachlan Partners is a family owned company Established in 1924 & enjoys a strong reputation for staff retention well above industry average.
If you have a passion for customer service, understand the role of marketing, have a creative flair, a strategic approach and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and getting into some solid administration work you could be the person we are looking for. The position available would consist of 30% in Designing & 70% Administration tasks.
The ideal person would:
Essentials
- Have experience in graphic design.
- Have strong office administration skills
- Type speed of 50+ words per minute
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have attention to fine detail
- Be customer focussed
- Be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Have a friendly, professional, customer oriented disposition
- Have a professional appearance
Desired (but not essential)
- Previous real estate role
- Experience in Web Design
- Experience in photography

Sales Traineeship/Property Officer - Real Estate Career

Many have started their careers as Junior Sales Cadets and have gone on to be some of the most successful agents in the district.
We are now seeking applications for a Junior Sales Cadet for 2012. Applicants must have a history of proven work experierence in other part time / Full time roles, including employer references. Preference given to 2261 postcode residents, with community links through their schooling, sporting or family connections and associations. Applicants must have a good driving history, and be prepared to undergo extensive training and external Licensing and Cadetship at their own expense.
