In particular McLachlan Partners is well known and recognized for raising money for the Central Coast Health Children’s ward through conducting charity auctions each time prior to their onsite auctions.

This act of charity was recognised by the industry & Bruce McLachlan received recognition being a finalist in the John Greg Community Awards in 2008 with the Real Estate Institute of NSW. 

McLachlan Partners are actively involved in the organisation of the Real Estate Institute of NSW Novice Auctioneers competition dinner. In 2010 170 guests raised $11,000.00 for Central Coast Area Health
